Class Application

Enrollment Instructions

1. Fill out and sign the “Real-Life Pet Manners Group Class Application and Agreement.” Be sure to fill in the start date and time of the class you want. If you are not certain, please contact us for clarification.
2. Mail or fax vaccination records. Fax number is 562-423-8993.


3. Enclose the application and a check, payable to “DogPACT” for $85.00, and mail to:

Rainy Weather

In case of rainy weather, please call the class hotline at 562-423-0793, and press option 3 for a class update.

Items to bring

1. Chair, in case you feel the need to sit down
2. A tether or some other way to confine your dog if needed during instructions
3. A few different, yummy treats
4. Your clicker!
5. A target stick
